Have a grand opening party at the Vizcaya mansion and get Paulina Rubio to put her pretty face on the new/old project. Oh I almost forgot, get Hilton Hotel to sign on as the flag. Very shrewed indeed. If you can't find real estate agents in Panama to handle your project, because you did not pay them commissions on your canceled project, or your buyers any interest on their money you used to build your canceled tower foundation, just open up a sales office in the U.S. and bypass all these problems. Of course, with all the interest you made just holding the millions on deposit, you can more than afford the high cost of headline stars and new digs. I wonder if any of those Ice Tower buyers will get an invitation to the shin dig with Paulina? It's the least they could do!
