Enrique Iglesias Takes a Residence in The Plaza Costa del Este

This is a highly effective way of getting sales. Either pay for or give a big name a property and watch the fans follow. We can expect more big names being listed as new residents of Panama in the coming years. By the way, rumor has it that Mel Gibson. Sean Connery and a host of other celebs have purchased property in Valle Escondido. Property management can neither confirm or deny these reports.

As Enrique’s representative, Chris Gianini also confirmed that Enrique Iglesias will attend the building’s ground breaking in Panama set to take place in early 2008. Enrique Iglesias, who has reached international stardom as the best selling Spanish-language artist of the last decade, said of his newly acquired residence, “I am very excited to be part of this wonderful building and I look forward to meeting all of my future neighbors in Panama.
