International Herald reports on Panama Real Estate Conference
The Congreso de Las Americas conference I spoke at last week was covered by the International Herald Tribune and their report appeared today in their blog column with the title "Optimism In Central America".
This title is befitting as most of the speaking participants were either real estate promoters, government officials or bankers, but, as the only developer in the group, my optimism was tempered with the reality of execution in a country where the rules change in the middle of a game that takes years to unfold.

is the government,” said Sam Taliaferro, the Boquete-based developer
and prolific blogger, who is widely credited with helping to develop
