IPAT promo videos on Yourtube feature shopping and gambling

Here is a  tourism promo video by IPAT that was recently added to Yourtube. The first 7 seconds are devoted to eco-tourism activities (rafting and canopy tree tours) and 48 seconds are about city activities such as shopping, gambling and business conventions and there is 5 seconds for Gamboa resort and the canal. It is in Spanish so they must plan this one to be shown in Latin countries where there are no shopping centers or gambling.

 

Compare that to this one by Costa Rica tourism Board, ICT. One minute with 60 full seconds of eco-tourism activities. Where would you rather go on holiday?
