Sam see's bright future in Senior care in Panama

Just as I recognized the potential Panama offers for residential development, I now see another opportunity on the horizon, one that may be even more lucrative – senior living and care centers.

The senior care industry includes independent living facilities, assisted living residences and skilled nursing care centers. Each year, the number of people requiring assistance in their daily living increases and, critically, so does the costs of providing this assistance. Just as Panama provides a high quality lifestyle at a much lower cost for home buyers, the same cost savings can be applied to senior care centers. As more and more foreigners buy property and move to Panama, a growing number of these people will have parents and loved ones in assisted care living centers back home, often at great expense. If provided with an opportunity to provide their loved ones with a quality assisted care facility in Boquete at a significantly reduced rate, we believe many of these people would make the obvious choice. In the future, many of the foreigners living in Panama will need assistance in their daily living and now their only choices are finding help for themselves or moving back to their home countries.

I’m inviting a few investors to join me on this project. We are currently structuring an investment offering that will include a guaranteed annual return on investment, an equity position in the facility and an upside potential based on a 67% split of the net income to the investor pool. There will also be developer financing available for this investment.

Read more about the project here on our Panama opportunity website.

We live in amazing times. But much of the world lives in abject poverty, struggling while in the chains of political oppression. At the same time, people in the richest nations on our planet enjoy wealth beyond the wildest imaginations, especially as compared with people just a century ago. The same processes that has created wealth and related technological advances are also connecting people around the world at a dizzying pace. These changes - known as "globalization" - are the subject of one of the most significant conversations of our era. AWorldConnected is part of that conversation.
