Resident Memberships are recallable, only with cause. Invitational, or any Memberships that are held by non-property owners, may be recallable with or without cause. Only owners at Valle Escondido are eligible for Resident Membership.
Each category of membership is offered as either a single (one person household) or as a family membership. The initiation fees are the same whether a single or family, but the monthly fees vary.
There is also a classification for Valle Escondido Homeowners who live in their residence less than 6 months a year. They pay the same initiation fees, but their monthly fees vary. (See the schedule for fees and dues)

Club Lounge now open

The new Members Only club lounge is now open. Your membership card acts as a key to open the door. The bar is fully stocked with sodas and your favorite liquors, wines and beers. Just use the form on the counter to write down your name or ID number and the number of drinks you consumed. Each is $1 and will be charged to your membership at the end of each month. The lounge is always available to you and your guests when you accompany them, so when the front doors are closed on the Country Club (after 9pm) just come in or exit through the downstairs event room. Please turn off all lights and TV's when leaving.

The lounge area is to be enjoyed by you and your guests and is not open to the public. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the club except on special events. Please close the door while your using the lounge as hotel guests may not be aware that the club is for members only. A sign is being installed in both Spanish and English. We are still waiting for the drapes to be installed which will help a lot with the echo from the hard surfaces in the room.

Members may bring movies to watch with friends and we will have regularly scheduled billiard, poker and bridge nights. Our event director, Jessica Real, will soon be working with the club members to schedule other events that I'm sure you will enjoy.
Please feel free to let Jessica know if there is anything we can do to make it more enjoyable.

Thanks

Sam
