Lot #101 Estate Home

I designed this homeDsc09903 to incorporate many of the features I have seen in classic Spanish colonials plus some I have not seen before. As you can see from the four renderings of each side of this massive  home, it stands out architecturally like no other home of this kind. Lot #95- Estate Home

Dsc09877If you like golf or just like views of the golf course this is the homes for you. TheDsc09878 location is sandwiched between the number 8 and number nine holes and has incredible views looking down the number 9 fairway. The lot has several hundred feet of river frontage and lots of pine trees. A private driveway is shared by galf carts to the properties front gate. The short stone fencing surrounding the lot is made from volcanic rock.

Lot# 118- Estate Home

The views are beautiful and look down the river towards the number 8 hole. The home is designed to take advantage of the great views and the water which can be heard from every room. This is single level ranch design with a patio running nearly the full length of the home. All the rooms Dsc09876 have access to this patio and the river views. Guests will enter through a  beautiful garden area with a fountain as the center piece. A double door entry to the house opens into a large cathedral ceilinged living room. A corner gas fireplace and large window opening to the patio are in full view. To the right leads to the dinning room and kitchen. The master has access to the patio and the views are to the river running towards the mouth of the valley. The house is a three level Spanish colonial hi bred custom design by myself and Roger Valdez. It includes an elevator for those who don't like stairs, and this special feature will make the home appealing to even the convalescent.

Lot #113-Estate home

Dsc09885 All the sites in Valle Escondido are great, but this one is extraordinary. Not only does it have a panorama view of the entire valley, it has a 70 foot water fall of pure mountain spring water next to it. It sits up high above the number 7 hole and you can see all the way outside the mouth of the valley. A site this spectacular deserves a home that takes advantage of all these great features. This one does in every way. I custom designed this home using some of the same features I have in my own home such as 50 foot cathedral ceiling and wonderful Spanish Colonial towers.I even included an elevator so you don't have to climb the 15 foot stair case that goes up to the second floor. Look carefully at the details of this home and you will see that it is a level above anything you have seen in Latin America.
