Lot #101 Estate Home

This beautiful classic Spanish Colonial home has everything including a spectacular river front lot. The home is large and the lot is very large offering the client seeking privacy and gardens a dream come true. The home even has a central courtyard with water and gardens galore. I designed this home to incorporate many of the features I have seen in classic Spanish colonials plus some I have not seen before. Ease of lifestyle is first as this home is all on one level, but privacy abounds even in the interior where each room is accessible from an out side courtyard. As you can see from the four renderings of each side of this massive  home, it stands out architecturally like no other home of this kind. Archways, and turrets, towers and covered patios, all come together in a harmony of unprecedented design.

It sits up high above the number 7 hole and you can see all the way outside the mouth of the valley. A site this spectacular deserves a home that takes advantage of all these great features. This one does in every way. I custom designed this home using some of the same features I have in my own home such as 50 foot cathedral ceiling and wonderful Spanish Colonial towers.I even included an elevator so you don't have to climb the 15 foot stair case that goes up to the second floor.
