Home & Gardens TV comes to Valle Escondido

Great news for Panama and for me as the developer of Valle Escondido. Home and Gardens Television has a program called house hunters that will feature a couple buying a home in Valle Escondido. This program will be shot next month in Panama and in Napa Valley where the lucky couple are moving from. The show is a reality type show that follows the buying decisions and actual move of the couple. The focus is not so much about homes but about lifestyle choice. What makes this so significant is that the program has 83 million viewers and is highly rated.  It should air sometime at the end of 2006.

Here is the overview of the House Hunters program;
House Hunters, hosted by Suzanne Whang, takes viewers behind the scenes as individuals, couples and families learn what to look for and decide whether or not a home is meant for them. Focusing on the emotional experience of finding and purchasing a new home, each episode follows a prospective buyer and real estate agent through the home-buying process, from start to finish.

It is not by accident that here in Valle Escondido we have been blessed with such an abundance. When I decided to build Valle Escondido the water source was a major factor on deciding to build the project at all.
