We are always looking for ways to improve our resort operations through better service and /or cost reductions and here are two stars that have really worked out for us. Last December we brought in an experienced resort manager as a consultant to help us with a number of areas in our resort operations. Jorge Calderon was a big help to us and after a month of heavy lifting we made great strides in many areas. Another great resource we have utilized is Ahden Bush and her company Institute of Customer Service-Panama. As many of us working and living in Panama realize, customer service is a real challenge. Ahden and her team have many years of experience working in this field. They have teamed up with Stephen R. Covey of Seven Habits fame to help Panama get its act together. They provide a number of free services such as training and a great news letter and will do on site assessments and personnel training as well. You can visit her at their website here.
I don't recommend people unless I have personal experience working with them, so you can depend on these folks to deliver what they promised.
