Saving Social Security with Personal Retirement Accounts

Our Friends from the Cato institute have come out with another great video, this time with a way to save social security. Many countries have privatized SS to the benefit of their citizens and maybe Panama could consider do the same. Unfortunately for the U.S. there is no money in the account so one wonders if their is really any sort of solution to this unfunded liability.
